Neighborhood Renovation Company, LLC is owned and operated by Mark and Evelyn Cambria.
In 2007, we began buying and renovating single family homes in the Houston area for use as rental property. The enterprise has evolved from a retirement strategy to a growing business involving the purchase, rehab, sale, and/or rental of several properties per month.

Flipping houses allows us to help more sellers of unwanted property, providing more opportunity for growth and more business for the many people we work with. We have developed a particular expertise at identifying and rehabbing fixer uppers that can be bought at a discount and resold or turned into good rental property.

​This expertise helps us to offer competitive prices to sellers of fixer uppers and to reassure our partners and lenders that we know exactly what repairs to make, how much those repairs will cost, and what to rent or sell the renovated property for.

Mark Cambria has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate. He began by personally renovating older homes as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, and Investor in Homewood, Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham. Two of his renovated homes were featured in Southern Living magazine. He owned and operated a small real estate brokerage, buying and renovating numerous properties for resale and contracting with clients to renovate their homes.

Evelyn Cambria has over 20 years of experience as a Corporate Controller and is currently the Chief Financial Officer for a non-profit institution.

Over the past several years, the Cambrias have leveraged their renovation experience and financial management expertise to build a rental property portfolio of single family homes in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the Houston, Texas market area.

Our Team

Nicole Stines
Vice President of Operations
Nicole has been in the property management industry for over 18 years. She earned a Master's Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as she continued to pursue positions that would provide a wide variety of experiences and catapult her into higher level executive jobs. During her career, she has managed the start-up of multiple new construction luxury apartment complexes, has renovated distressed assets, has served as General Manager, Area Manager, Director of Residence Life, and at the corporate level of many reputable property management companies around the United States.

Adam Metzler
Vice President of Acquisitions
Adam brings over 10 years of retail, B2B, Strategic Sales and Account Management to the team. He also has his Texas Realtors License and has been buying, selling, fixing and flipping properties over the last 3 years in Houston Real Estate. These talents, skills and drive provide the right leadership for the Acquisitions team and add the right properties to our strategic real estate portfolio.

De Anna Petrie
Office Manager
De Anna is the Office Manager of the Neighborhood Renovation Company where she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. Since joining the company in 2018, she maintains organization, communication, scheduling, and light bookkeeping. Formerly, De Anna has worked at RE/MAX as a Listing Coordinator in a management role and trained all new hires.
De Anna has been a resident of the West Houston area since she moved from Austin in 2008. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
